Our heavy-duty in-line bag checkweigher is designed to verify the weight compliance of filled bags in motion. It performs this check as bags are transferred on a conveyor from a filling to palletizing station. In addition, the machine moves up to 25 packages per minute while maintaining weighing accuracy of +/-0.05 lbs @ Two Sigma. Lastly, a simple flexure scale provides years of reliable, trouble-free operation.

Included with the checkweigher is a touch screen scale controller which can hold up to 100 recipes in memory. The controller also has individual programmable limits for three or five zone outputs (low reject, low pass, good, high pass & high reject).

Checkweighers can be supplied as stand-alone components or integrated into larger systems including pacing and reject conveyors.

Controls for this equipment come standard with Ethernet TCP/IP, RS-232 and RS-422.  The system is also capable of a variety of other data formats. Additionally, it has connections for data logging and outputs to remote digital displays or HMI interfaces. Lastly, Ethernet IP and Modbus interfaces are available.
